IonGen™ System – 2nd Generation (G2)

Description

Aquascapes IonGen™ electronic water clarifier releases copper ions into your Pond & Pondless Waterfalls to help reduce maintenance and provide clear water without the use of chemicals. The IonGen system is designed to target String algae, and algae that forms on the rocks or liner inside a pond. This unit will not combat green water algae – you will still need a U.V. Sterilizer for that type of algae.

The IonGen Needs to be Installed in a area with good Water Flow; such as your Biofalls Filter Box, or Inside of a Skimmer Box.  Before Installing your IonGen you should test the Alkalinity of your Pond (test kit is included), and follow the instructions accordingly. IonGen Probes should be checked and cleaned throughout the Season.  Periodic Copper level testing is also advised.  If you follow the intended use of the IonGen as stated in the Instructions – you will have success with this product! We have seen it – time and time again!
