BioFalls® Filters

Description

Aquascapes BioFalls® Filters provide superior filtration with some of highest water flows on the market. Biofalls Filters come in a range of sizes for Small Ponds to Large Backyard ponds up to 6000 gallons per single unit. Incorporating both Biological and Mechanical filtration, these filters come with filter mats to capture small debris, and a space for bioballs (media bags included) for the good bacteria to colonize on.  Filter mats should be cleaned on a routine basis – while the media bags filled with Bioballs should be left alone during the season.  If you need to clean off algae or sludge on your bio media, simply rinse in Pond Water – not fresh tap water.  Rinsing with fresh tap water will kill your “good” bacteria you want in your pond to help breakdown fish waste and organic debris.                  All Aquascape BioFalls® Filters include a limited lifetime warranty!
