After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming payment processing.  Most Orders will ship within 48 hours of payment processing. When your order ships, or is ready for Local Pick Up – you will receive another email.

Can I return an item?

Live Fish, and Plants cannot be returned once they leave our location.  U.V. Sterilizers, bulbs, and Iongen Probes cannot be returned.  For all other inquires Please Contact us at (516) 937 – 3474, or we can be reached by email – info@pondgeek.com.  We will handle returns and warranty  inquiries on a case by case basis.  Give us a call, an we’ll be happy to help you.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery times will depend on your location. If shipped, most orders will be delivered within 3 days of payment processing.  For Local Pick Up or Delivery services, Items may be available Same Day.  Please Contact us at (516) 937 – 3474 for Local Pick Up/Delivery Information.
